VR TEK Global manufactures high quality devulcanised/activated rubber powders from reclaimed rubber via our high-tech clean-tech tyre recycling technology designed to provide a supply of superior high value ingredients to manufacturers of high end products in the areas of rubber, plastics and elastomers, as opposed to the current practices of recycling tyre rubber into low value derivatives.
Commencing our R&D work in 2006, the technology was first developed and patented by the founders of the company – Michael Vainer and Boris Rozenblit. Their proprietary technology is registered globally via application to the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
The company’s tyre recycling processes produce metal-free devulcanised and activated rubber powders as high quality high value "green" ingredients down to sizes as small as sub 75 microns which can be used as a relatively large proportion substitute for Natural Rubber to create new rubber and plastic derived products, as well as paints, sealants and composite materials.
